General information and professional advice

Articles, videos, guides, newsletters, tools and case studies on this site provide general information and commentary. They do not take account of your personal financial position, objectives, experience, health or risk tolerance. Public content is not personalised investment, legal, tax, accounting or medical advice and should not be your sole basis for a decision.

Reading the site, subscribing, downloading a resource or sending an enquiry does not by itself establish an adviser-client, fiduciary or other professional relationship. Trading, investment and crypto risk

Prices can move abruptly, liquidity can disappear and stop orders may execute at a worse price than requested. Platforms, payment systems and counterparties can fail. Crypto assets carry additional custody, security and volatility risks. Regulation, segregation of client funds or a risk-management tool does not guarantee the safety of funds or a profitable outcome.

Negative balance protection, compensation arrangements and other protections depend on the contracting entity, client classification, product and applicable law. Do not assume that protections advertised for eligible retail clients apply to professional or institutional accounts, or in every country.

Prop firms, challenges and funded accounts

Evaluation, challenge, reset and subscription fees may be lost or non-refundable under the provider's terms. Passing an evaluation, receiving funding, retaining an account, making a profit or receiving a payout is not guaranteed. Providers may use simulated trading, live trading or a combination. An advertised account size is not necessarily cash belonging to you or money available to withdraw.

Check the current account model, drawdown and trading rules, payout requirements, exclusions, recurring charges and refund policy before paying. Programmes, fees and eligibility can change. Historical payouts to other participants do not establish the likelihood of your own success.
