Role Description
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the latest search engine optimization strategies and best practices, with a proven track record of increasing organic search rankings and driving significant website traffic growth. As an SEO expert, you will work closely with our development and marketing teams to optimize our digital presence and ensure that we rank competitively for relevant keywords.

SEO Strategy Development: Create, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.

Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value search terms, analyze competitor keywords, and discover growth opportunities.

On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, and images, to improve search engine rankings.

Off-Page SEO & Link Building: Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase the authority and relevance of our website.

Technical SEO: Work with web developers to ensure proper implementation of SEO best practices across all web properties (e.g., site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, structured data, etc.).

Content Strategy & Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content, optimize existing pages, and ensure all content is aligned with SEO best practices.

SEO Audits: Regularly conduct SEO audits to identify areas for improvement, troubleshoot SEO performance issues, and suggest action plans.

Monitoring & Reporting: Use SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to monitor performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports on keyword rankings, traffic, and other SEO metrics.

Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and identify strengths and weaknesses to stay ahead in the search landscape.

Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and SEO updates from search engines like Google and Bing to adjust strategies accordingly.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role (minimum 3-5 years of experience).
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking strategies.
Expertise with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, as well as technical SEO.
Experience in developing and executing successful link-building campaigns.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they pertain to SEO.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Competencies

Experience with SEO in eCommerce, B2B, or other specialized industries.

Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant SEO certifications.

Experience working in a CMS like WordPress, Shopify, or WooCommerce.
